CSI Engineering is proud to have participated as part of the overall team for the complete renovation of Woodbury Middle School in Salem, NH. With the MEP/FP design, the middle school will be fully accessible and serve 900 students in grades 6-8 in approximately 170,000 sf, which is 40,000 sf more than the current building. This extra space will allow the school to expand hands-on programs such as maker spaces, robotics, and engineering. The main entry and security sequence will be updated as well as safer site movement for parents, students, and buses. In addition to the new space, the Woodbury school’s renovation will provide new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems throughout.
