Upon its founding in 1996, CSI Engineering LLC focused on working with general and mechanical contractors to develop coordination drawings, as-built drawings and small to large-scale design build projects.
CSI Engineering grew over the next 10 years and led to us expanding our capabilities in 2007 to now provide full Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering services to architects, contractors, developers and an array of public work including municipalities and the Military.

Graduated from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, BS, Mechanical Engineering Technology Professional Engineer licensed in ME, MA, NH. Mechanical Design Engineer with 15 years of mechanical design experience.
A graduate of UMASS Lowell (BS, Civil Engineering with Structural Concentration FM Global), Domenic has over 22 years of experience in Fire Protection Engineering.
A graduate of the University of Maine (BS, Agricultural Engineering) Eric has over 25 years of experience designing and drafting advanced commercial and institutional plumbing systems.
In October of 2012, CSI’s original office moved from Strafford, New Hampshire to Portsmouth, New Hampshire. We continue to provide our engineering expertise in building systems design drawings and as-built drawings as needed by our valued clients. With the office now in Portsmouth, the heart of the Seacoast, CSI Engineering has the capabilities to fully service the New England Region. While our primary focus is New England, our firm has completed projects in other states and even internationally.
